Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order, notwithstanding the provisions of clause 2(1)(6), rule XI, to consider the resolution (H. Res. 335) establishing a select committee to study the problem of United States servicemen missing in action in Southeast Asia, in the House as in the Committee of the Whole.
