Summary

Provides that no Member of the House of Representatives shall draw funds against the stationery allowance without a receipt of purchase for stationery items. Directs that when a Member of the House ceases to serve as a Member, the amount of his allowance not expended shall be paid to the contingent fund of the House. Provides that a Member of the House, elected for a portion of a term, shall not receive a lump sum as a prorated share of the allowance but shall be entitled to such amount in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
