Summary
Authorizes the Committee on House Administration to conduct full and complete investigations and studies and make inquiries concerning any or all of the subject matter within its jurisdiction as set forth in clause 9 of rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives. Sets forth the powers of the Committee for the purpose of making such investigations and studies, including the power to hold hearings and to compel the attendence and testimony of witnesses.
