Summary
Provides that the positions of the House Beauty Shop shall be subject to the House Employees Position Classification Act which establishes and adjusts rates of compensation for personnel in positions under the House of Representatives. Allows employees of the shop to accept cash tips which shall not be considered compensation for purposes of the Classification Act. Provides that such employees shall be considered Congressional employees eligible for retirement benefits. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 2107, 8332)
