Summary
States that for the furthur expenses of the investigation and sutdies to be conducted by the Committee on House Administration, acting as a whole on by subcommittee, not to exceed $320,000, including expenditures for the employment of investigators, attorneys, and clerical, stenographical and other assistants, and for the procurement of services of individual consultants or organizations thereof, shall be paid out of the contigent fund of the House. Provides that not to exceed $65,000 of the total amount provided may be used to procure the temporary or intermittent services of individual consultants or organizations.
