Summary

This resolution limits the privileged status (precedence over the regular order of business, superseding or interrupting other matters before the House of Representatives) of a motion before the House causing a vacancy in the office of Speaker.  Specifically, privilege may occur on such a motion only when offered by at least 112 Members from the majority party or at least 112 Members from the minority party.
