Summary
Establishes the House Commission on Legislative Process Reform to conduct a full investigation of the current structure and operation of the legislative process in the House of Representatives. Terminates the Commission within 90 days after submission of its final report to the House, at which time, its records and files shall be transferred to the Committee on Rules.
