Summary

Authorizes the chairman of the Subcommittee on Overnsight and Investigations of the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce to appear in the pending action entitled "Ashland Oil Incorporated, plaintiff, against Federal Trade Commission, et al., defendant," on behalf of the Subcommittee in order to secure information relating to natural gas reserves now in the possession of the Federal Trade Commission for the use of the subcommittee and the House. Provides that the Chairman may appoint a special counsel to represent the subcommittee in such action.
