Summary
Provides that during the remainder of the first session of the Ninety-fourth Congress it shall be in order to consider conference reports on the same day reported or any day thereafter. Authorizes the Speaker to entertain motions to suspend the rules at any time. Stipulates that copies of any measure to be considered must be made available to Members prior to the consideration of such measure. Allows the House to proceed with consideration of any measure, notwithstanding the prior availability requirement, if the House agrees to proceed by unanimous-consent request or majority vote.
