Summary

Directs the Special Representative for Trade Negotiations and other Federal officials to initiate negotiations within the framework of the current multilateral trade negotiations in Geneva with the intent of developing an appropriate code of conduct and specific trading obligations among governments, together with suitable procedures for the settlement of disputes. Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should report to Congress on progress made in negotiations with respect to the development and implementation of the international code of conduct referred to in this resolution.
