Summary
Provides that whenever any hearing conducted by any committee of the House of Representatives is open to the public that committee shall permit that hearing to be covered by television broadcast, radio broadcast, and still photography. Provides that each meeting for the transaction of business, including the markup of legislation, of each standing committee or subcommittee of the House of Representatives shall also be open to coverage by television broadcast, radio broadcast, and still photography, under such written rules as such committee or subcommittee shall prescribe.
