Summary

Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on the bill (H.R. 5247) to authorize a local public works capital development and investment program, and all points of order against said conference report are hereby waived, except that it shall be in order to consider points of order against title II of said conference report under the provisions of rule XXVIII, clause 4.
