Summary
Commemorates the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Minority AIDS Initiative. Commends the efforts of community organizations and health care providers in minority communities to deliver human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) care and services. Encourages minorities to educate themselves about the HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment and to reduce the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. Expresses support for the continued funding of the Initiative and other federal programs to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and provide treatment to those affected.
