Provides that there be printed for the use of the Committee on Foreign Relations 5,000 copies each of the following hearings and committee prints entitled: "Multinational Corporations and U.S. Foreign Policy" (volumes 1 and 2); "Multinational Oil Corporations and U.S. Foreign Policy, Report Together With Individual Views, January 2, 1976"; "Multinational Corporations in Brazil and Mexico: Structural Sources of Economic and Noneconomic Power, Report to the Subcommittee on Multinational Corporations", by Richard Newfarmer and Willard F. Mueller; "Direct Investment Abroad and the Multinationals: Effects on the United States Economy", prepared for the use of the Subcommittee on Multinational Corporations by Peggy B. Musgrave.
