Summary
Makes it the sense of the Congress that members of Reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States and members of the National Guard, while performing inactive duty training at or nearby any United States military installation, should be extended the same privileges of use with respect to post and base exchange facilities as are extended to active duty personnel, and that the Secretary of Defense should take prompt action to extend such privileges to such members when they are performing inactive duty training.
