Requires the recommendations of the Commission on Federal Paperwork to be duly considered by Congressional committees. Requires the Members of Congress to give careful attention to the recordkeeping and reporting burdens of legislation. Requires Members and congressional committees to be sensitive to the costs of compiling information requested of Federal agencies. Declares that it is the sense of the Congress that Federal agencies give continuing attention to excessive and unnecessary paperwork.
