Summary
Provides for a recess or adjournment of the Senate from April 28, 29, 30, or May 1, 2005, until May 9, 2005 (or until another time of reassembly). Directs the Majority Leader of the Senate or his designee, after consultation with the Minority Leader, to notify the Members of the Senate to reassemble whenever, in his opinion, the public interest shall warrant it.
