Summary
Establishes a Special Commission to Investigate Illegal Korean Payments to assist the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of the House and the Committee on Ethics of the Senate in investigating all serious allegations that Members or employees of Congress accepted illegal gifts or payments from the Government of Korea, or individuals employed thereby. States that the Commission will cease to exist on February 1, 1978.
