Summary

Approves specified regulations issued by the Office of Compliance on January 22, 1996, that are applicable to employing offices that are not the House of Representatives or the Senate and to covered employees who are not House or Senate employees in accordance with the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 with respect to rights and protections under: (1) the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993; (2) the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938; (3) the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988; and (4) the Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification Act of 1988.
