Summary

Provides that when the two Houses adjourn on Friday, August 1, 1975, they stand adjourned until 12 o'clock noon on Wednesday, September 3, 1975, or until 12 o'clock noon on the second day after their respective Members are notified to reassemble, whichever event first occurs. Authorizes the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to notify the Members of Congress to reassemble whenever the public interest shall warrant.
