Provides that standing committees of the Senate shall consist of the number of Senators set forth in the following table on the line on which the name of that committee appears: (1) Aeronautical and Space Sciences, 13 members; (2) Agriculture and Forestry, 14 members; (3) Appropriations, 26 members; (4) Armed Services, 15 members; (5) Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, 16 members; (6) Commerce, 17 members; (7) Finance, 17 members; (8) Foreign Relations, 17 members; (9) Government Operations, 16 members; (10) Interior and Insular Affairs, 13 members; (11) Judiciary, 16 members; (12) Labor and Public Welfare, 16 members; (13) Public Works, 14 members.
