Summary

Amends rule XXXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate to provide for the President to receive, on a bi-monthly basis, an authenticated transcript of public executive records of the Senate. Repeals the requirement of an order of the Senate before the Secretary of the Senate may furnish the President with other extracts from the Executive Journal, or any other papers.
