Summary
Amends rule XXVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow a witness at a committee hearing to request of the presiding officer that during the witness' testimony cameras, media microphones, and lights not be directed at the witness. Authorizes the presiding officer to take action as deemed appropriate.
