Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should continue to move expeditiously to provide assistance to the Philippines to: (1) alleviate the immediate dangers of starvation, dehydration, disease, and exposure of Filipinos in areas affected by volcanic eruptions of Mount Pinatubo; (2) evacuate Filipinos from zones of continued danger; (3) clear ash and debris from critical lines of communication; (4) increase the safety of air links into the affected region; and (5) help the Philippine Government with its long-term goals of reconstruction and rehabilitation in the affected areas.
