Authorizes: (1) Barbara Riehle and John Seggerman, Senate employees who work for Senator John Chafee, to provide deposition testimony in the case of Barnstead Broadcasting Corporation and BAF Enterprises, Inc. v. Offshore Broadcasting Corporation, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent them in connection with such deposition testimony.
