Summary
Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to bring a civil action in the name of the Select Committee on Ethics to enforce the Committee's subpoena to Senator Bob Packwood and to conduct all related civil contempt proceedings. Authorizes the Committee to continue this action to enforce such subpoena until the final disposition by the Senate of the allegations of and information respecting misconduct by the Senator and to report to the Senate any further resolution for the civil or criminal enforcement of its subpoena to him.
