Summary
Directs the Committee on Rules and Administration to prepare a revised edition of the Senate Rules and Manual for the use of the 96th Congress. Directs the printing and binding as a Senate document, of 2,000 copies of such manual, of which 1,000 copies shall be for the Senate, 550 copies for the Committee on Rules and Administration, and the remaining 450 copies delivered as directed by the Committee.
