Summary

Establishes the Special Committee on National Drug Control Policy as a temporary special committee of the Senate. States that the duty of such committee is to provide oversight and guidance to the Director of National Drug Control Policy with respect to the Director's responsibility for: (1) the development and submission of a National Drug Control Strategy; and (2) the submission of a National Drug Control Program Budget. Terminates such Committee 30 days after November 18, 1993, and the submission of its final report.
