Summary
Requires each accredited member of a Senate press gallery to file with the Secretary of the Senate an annual report disclosing the identity of the member's primary employer and of any additional source of earned outside income received during the preceding year. Makes the report available for public inspection as provided by the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 for financial reports filed by Members and employees of the Senate. Subjects an accredited member who fails to file the report to the loss of accreditation or such other penalties as the press gallery deems appropriate.
