Authorizes: (1) Brent Baglien, a former employee of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, and any other present or former employee from whom testimony may be required, to testify in the case of United States v. Blackley, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such employees in connection with such testimony.
