Summary
Amends rule XXXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow honoraria to be paid on behalf of a Member, officer or employee of the United States Senate to a charitable organization, without any restriction on the amount of such honoraria. Prohibits such honoraria from being made to a charitable organization from which such individual or a parent, sibling, spouse, child or dependent relative of such individual derives any financial benefit.
