Summary
Increases from two to three the number of members of the Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Senate appointed by the majority and minority leaders. Ends the terms of members appointed during the 99th Congress. Continues the terms of members appointed during the 100th Congress until the termination of the Commission. Appoints the majority leader as chairman and the minority leader as vice chairman. Requires the chairman to designate an executive secretary. Provides for payment of Commission expenses from the Contingent Fund of the Senate, out of the account of Miscellaneous Items.
