Summary

Entitles an employee in the office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate who was such an employee for at least 183 days (whether or not service was continuous) during FY 1995 and whose service is terminated on or after the date this Act is agreed to but before October 1995, to one lump sum payment consisting of severance pay in an amount equal to two months of the employee's basic pay at the rate in effect on September 1, 1995.
