Summary
Amends Senate Resolution 294, 96th Congress, to allow reimbursements and payments from the contingent fund of the Senate to a Senator's official office expense account for gifts of copies of the calendar "We the People" published by the U.S. Capitol Historical Society. Deems copies of such calendars to be Federal publications for purposes of mass mailing restrictions.
