Summary
Prohibits the Senate from naming any portion of the Senate wing of the Capitol Building Complex after any person unless five years have passed since the person's death. Limits such naming to a 25-year period beginning on the enactment of the Act or resolution that established the name, with the exception that, existing named areas shall cease 25 years after the adoption of this resolution.
