Summary

Condemns the use of force by the parties in Yugoslavia to resolve their political differences. Urges the President to: (1) support efforts at the United Nations to promote and maintain a ceasefire; (2) support by any appropriate actions the resolutions of the Security Council; (3) advocate the furtherance of human and civil rights for all minority groups; and (4) support the European Community and other international efforts to find a just peace in Yugoslavia.
