Summary

Authorizes the records custodians in the offices of Senator Rick Santorum and Senator Arlen Specter and any other Senate employee from whom testimony or document production may be required to testify and produce documents in a matter before the Grand Jury in the Western District of Pennsylvania or in any related proceeding, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Senators Specter and Santorum and the employees in connection with such testimony and document production.
