Authorizes: (1) David P. Hauck, Julie B. Cardillo, Bonnie Powell, and any other current or former Senate employee from whom testimony or document production may be required to testify and produce documents in the case of Bonnie Mendelson v. Delaware River and Bay Authority, except concerning matters for which a privilege may be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent the Senate employees in connection with such case.
