Suspends specified provisions of rule IV of the Rules for the Regulation of the Senate Wing of the U.S. Capitol (prohibiting the taking of pictures in the Senate Chamber) to permit photographs to be taken between the first and second sessions of the 106th Congress in order to allow the Senate Commission on Art to carry out its responsibilities to publish a Senate document containing works of art, historical objects, and exhibits within the Senate Wing.
