Summary

This resolution calls for (1) the immediate extradition or expulsion to the United States of convicted felons William Morales and Joanne Chesimard and all other fugitives who are receiving safe harbor in Cuba to escape prosecution or confinement for criminal offenses committed in the United States; and (2) the Department of State and the Department of Justice to continue to press for the immediate extradition or expulsion of all fugitives from U.S. justice so that they may be tried and, if convicted, serve out their sentences.
