Summary
Revises the definition of "displaced staff member" for purposes of Senate Resolution 458, 98th Congress (providing for the closing of the office of a Senator who dies or resigns) to include an employee in the Minority Whip's office who, on January 1, 1995, was an employee in that office and whose service is terminated on or after such date solely and directly as a result of the change of the individual occupying the position of Minority Whip.
