Amends rule XLVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow the defraying of office expenses incurred in connection with official duties from funds derived from contributions to the Member's principal campaign committee, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the national or State committee of a political party with which a Member is affiliated.
