Summary
Directs the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration to allow and provide for television and radio coverage (including videotapes and radio broadcast recordings) of proceedings in the Senate Chamber during consideration of the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty. Directs such committee to undertake a study of the feasibility of providing television and radio coverage of all Senate proceedings and report its findings and recommendations to the Senate not later than October 15, 1980.
