Summary
Amends rule XVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to provide that each item of any joint resolution making supplemental, deficiency, or continuing appropriations that is agreed to in the same form by both Houses of the Congress shall be enrolled as a separate bill or joint resolution for presentation to the President (line-item veto).
