Amends S. Res. 400, 94th Congress, which establishes the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, to remove: (1) limitations on the number of years a Member may serve on such committee; and (2) the requirement that one-third of Members appointed to such committee at the beginning of a Congress be Members who did not serve on the committee during the preceding Congress.
