Amends rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to provide authority for a Senator who, on the date this resolution is agreed to, is serving on the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Environment and Public Works, to also serve as a member of the Committee on Governmental Affairs, provided that such Senator may not serve as a member of more than three of specified committees.
