Summary
Expresses the sense of the Senate that Congress shall act promptly to approve those parts of the interim Sinai settlement of which Congress has been officially informed by the President. Approves the stationing of volunteers in the Sinai. Directs that any portion of the agreement not officially transmitted to Congress shall not have the force of binding commitments by the United States.
