Summary
Authorizes the Chairman and Co-chairman of the Senate Central American Negotiations Observer Group to jointly fix the compensation of staff personnel, and to designate one professional staff member to serve all of the members of the Observer Group and carry out other functions as the Chairman or Co-chairman may specify. Provides for funding to compensate any such designated staff member who is an employee of a Senator or Senate Committee from funds made available from the Senate contingent fund. Limits expenditures for staff and consultants.
