Summary
Entitles witnesses summoned to appear before the Senate or any of its committees to a fee rated at not to exceed $50 for each full day spent in traveling to and from the place of examination and for each full day in attendance. Entitles such witnesses to a reimbursement of the actual and necessary transportation expenses incurred in traveling to and from the place of examination.
