Amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to add rule LI, "Acceptance and Reporting of Travel Expenses". Sets forth standards for accepting travel expenses incurred by Senate officers, employees, Members, and the spouses or dependents of such individuals. Requires such individuals to file reports with the Secretary of the Senate regarding reportable travel expenses.
